Hedelmärahka = Yummy fruit dessert
32 fl oz heavy whipping cream
48 oz Siggi’s yogurt, skyr
Teaspoon of vanilla
Sugar to taste
Fresh or frozen Berries
Fruit: mixed canned fruit
For sweeter taste, you may choose to add Nutella
Beat the whipping cream to desired consistency (not very hard) and mix with the yoghurt. Mix in vanilla and sugar. Fold in berries and fruits. You may choose to include berries that will color the whole dish reddish or purplish, such as raspberries, strawberries or blackberries, and fold in fruit so there are chunks of fruit in the dish.

1 Cake, or 6 muffins, or sweet bread
Mix a jello pudding package (vanilla, lemon work well) with 3 cups of milk
Frozen or fresh berries (frozen 24 oz. of strawberries sliced in sugar)
3 Bananas
Strawberries, blueberries, 2 kiwis
Layer all the ingredients in a deep dish (or if meant for a birthday cake substitute, in a wide, more shallow dish)
Start by crumbling the cake and dividing into two parts. Cover the bottom of the dish with the crumbs
Add a layer of vanilla pudding.
Add a layer of frozen or fresh berries and bananas
Layer the second half of the cake (If in a deep dish keep layering till you get to the top)
Cover the whole dish with whipped topping or whipped crème and slice fresh fruit for the top.
For beautiful arrangement of garnish: kiwis and strawberries, blueberries (combination of different colors) in rows, piles, flowers etc.

WASA crispbread package (flax seed or white rye whole grain)
Land O’Lakes canola oil butter
Red leaf lettuce, washed and separated
Sliced cheese (ex., Muenster, Dill Havarti, Swiss)
Dill or parsley (depending on availability) washed and dried
Thin slices of turkey or ham
English cucumber, sliced
Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
Cover crispbread pieces with butter on a tray or large flat dish
Layer a slice of cheese, and meat on top of it (you may choose to Curl the meat to add interest) on top of the crispbread, organizing them beautifully for color and shape.
Garnish with dill or parsley
